In his rookie year, Williamson recorded the first professional touchdown of his NFL career in Week 3 (9/25/05) vs. the New Orleans Saints on a 53-yard fly route from Daunte Culpepper. After Koren Robinson was cut from the team he became the Viking's #1 receiver, but as of December 2006 he led the NFL in dropped passes.
[edit] Jacksonville Jaguars
After the 2007 season Troy was traded for a 6th round pick to the Jacksonville Jaguars. They ended up using that pick to select Jaymar Johnson.
