Aaron Moorhead (born November 5, 1980 in Aurora, Colorado) is an American football player. He is a wide receiver playing for the Indianapolis Colts

Moorhead attended Deerfield (Ill.) High School in Deerfield, Illinois. As a receiver he was 24-274, receiving 4 TDs as a senior. He was a four year letterman in football and track, and also played basketball for two seasons.

Aaron Moorhead attended the University of Illinois. He started seven out of 43 career games. He played extensively as a third wide receiver. He was 85-1, 293, and 9 TDs received. He played in 12 games as senior, was 32-399, and had 2 TDs receiving. Moorhead started one of 12 games as a junior going 17-289 with 2 TDs receiving. He had 111 reception yards against Wisconsin. As a sophomore, he started six of eleven where he finished second on the team with 30-520 and 4 TDs receiving. He was 4-125 with 2 TDs against Iowa. He played in nine games as freshman, was 6-85, and had 1 TD receiving.

His father, Emery Moorhead played 12 seasons in the NFL, including playing for the New York Giants, Denver, and Chicago. He is also the cousin of Brad Daugherty of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
