The 2008 Indianapolis Colts season is the 56th season for the team in the National Football League and 25th in Indianapolis. The Colts will try to improve upon their 13-3 regular season from 2007, and avenge their Divisional Round loss to the San Diego Chargers in the playoffs.

This is the Colts inaugural season playing at Lucas Oil Stadium after playing at the RCA Dome for 24 seasons. The team is coached by Tony Dungy for the 7th-straight season, and Peyton Manning leads the Colts' offense as starting quarterback for the 11th consecutive season.
